Topics include definition, epidemiology, diagnostic approach, Alvarado scoring, imaging (US, CT, MRI), complications, and treatment options. Clinical pearls such as pain migration to McBurney’s point, scoring pitfalls, and surgical decision-making will also be emphasized.
