Overview
Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere — in the hospital, on the street, or even at home. The White Coat Academy CPR Workshop builds the mindset and muscle memory required to respond decisively. Training emphasizes high-quality CPR, early defibrillation, and calm team communication.

Evidence-Informed Core
Our practical approach follows internationally accepted principles for high-quality CPR (e.g., rapid recognition, effective compressions, minimal interruptions, early AED use). These priorities are consistently highlighted in major resuscitation guidance.

What You’ll Learn
• Adult & pediatric basics: scene safety, assessment, activation of help
• High-quality compressions: positioning, recoil, pacing, and fatigue management
• Rescue breaths & ventilation pitfalls: avoiding hyperventilation
• AED workflow: safe pad placement, shock delivery, and immediate CPR restart
• Team dynamics: role assignment, closed-loop communication, and leadership

Scenario-Based Training
Instead of memorizing a checklist, you’ll work through realistic cases: sudden collapse, drowning scenario basics, and in-hospital “code” style teamwork. Instructors pause scenarios to coach technique and decision-making, then restart so you can apply corrections immediately.

Kahoot Quizzes + Rapid Debriefs
After each module, a short Kahoot quiz reinforces guideline-aligned numbers and critical steps. The goal is retention under pressure — learning the “why” behind the actions.

Certification & Awards
All participants receive a digital certificate of completion. Kahoot winners and top performers in scenario leadership and compression quality are recognized with awards and gifts at the closing ceremony.
